Lab grown diamonds are graded to the same clarity, color carat and cut specifications as mined diamonds and they can be accompanied by the same type of diamond grading reports written by leading independent gemological institutes such as GIA and IGI.
How does one know the difference between Lab Grown and natural diamonds?
A jeweler or gemologist cannot see the difference between the two with the naked eye, a loupe or even a microscope. Only through testing with expensive laboratory equipment can the difference be detected.
